Xfinity email Spell Check identifies misspelled words with a very faint yellow highlight that is often difficult to discern. Can you change the highlight color to one that is a bit brighter? I am betting that would be a simple programming change vs. one that would let the user have a choice of colors. Any brighter, stronger color would be a welcome change. I believe your subscribers would love it! Thanks.
Have servicemen call if they are going to be late with a new estimated time so people are not waiting around.
Add and maintain DVR recordings through the web. I would love to be able to log in and manage my recordings.
A proper API (which would be small) to query the data usage meter info. This is something that is really really useful for customers.
The older model of DVR used to rewind the program by a couple of seconds when fast forwarding so that you wouldn’t miss the start of the program after commercials. It would great to see that reinstated.
Notify customers when neighborhoods will be maintained so that they can have an alternative in place when they lose connectivity (i.e. through flyers on doors or email). A lot of people work from home nowadays and they rely on the internet connection.
Have the customer service reps take a minute to read the notes in the customer’s file so that the customer does not start out frustrated with having to rehash everything.
I have an idea that will lead to higher return of ratings on programs that advertise via commercials... I don't know if this is more suited for Comcast or for a network itself like NBC, ABC, etc. I feel customers would love it and it would increase ratings which would allow for an increase in advertising pricing and lead to greater revenues for someone. have the ability to access your account including account info, data usage, digital voice items (forwarding options, voicemail settings, etc) and hard reboot your modem from an api. Could use your comcast login for authentication.
