Posted by parag 07/25/2008 12:00 AM PDT The older model of DVR used to rewind the program by a couple of seconds when fast forwarding so that you wouldn’t miss the start of the program after commercials. It would great to see that reinstated.

Posted by parag 07/25/2008 12:00 AM PDT Notify customers when neighborhoods will be maintained so that they can have an alternative in place when they lose connectivity (i.e. through flyers on doors or email). A lot of people work from home nowadays and they rely on the internet connection.

Posted by parag 07/25/2008 12:00 AM PDT Have the customer service reps take a minute to read the notes in the customer’s file so that the customer does not start out frustrated with having to rehash everything.
